ReadySiteNow

Terms of service

The terms for your website.

These terms cover the brief, the quotation, the website we build after you approve it, and the optional monthly care plan.

Your approved quotation forms part of the contract. If a written quotation says something different about price or scope, the quotation applies to that project.

1. Who you are contracting with

ReadySiteNow is a trading name of CodeMyNode (sole proprietorship), Pakistan. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean CodeMyNode. “You” means the customer who asks us to prepare a website.

Our legal entity name is CodeMyNode. Our business address is Office No. 103, First Floor, Malik Square, E Block, Sector B-17, Islamabad, Pakistan. Contact us at sam@readysitenow.com or WhatsApp +92 306 2607749.

2. The service

ReadySiteNow designs, builds, and can host and maintain websites for UK small businesses. The usual path is:

  • You submit a brief describing the business and what the site should include.
  • We send a quotation.
  • You approve the quotation and then pay.
  • We build the site. If you take the care plan, we also host and maintain it.

Sending a brief, or receiving a quotation, does not oblige you to buy. We do not take payment until you approve the quotation.

3. What you are buying

The standard setup fee is £99, paid once. It covers a custom website, usually of 5–6 pages, a layout for phones and desktops, your approved business information and images, an enquiry form, basic on-page SEO, a sitemap, SSL setup, and up to three reasonable revision rounds.

The care plan is optional. It is £10 per month and covers hosting and routine maintenance of the finished site. You do not have to take it. If you do not, hosting and ongoing maintenance are not included unless we agree something else in writing.

Domain names, email mailboxes, online shops, booking systems, advertising, and work outside the quotation are not included unless the quotation says they are. Current prices are on our pricing page.

4. Your brief and your content

You agree that the information in your brief is accurate, and that you have the right to use the text, logos, and photos you send us. You give us permission to use that material, and publicly available information about the business, only to prepare the quotation and deliver the site.

Please check the final wording, prices, contact details, and claims before the site goes live. Tell us promptly if something does not match what we agreed.

5. Price and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Any tax that must be added, and the total you will pay, are shown before you complete payment. A different price applies only when the quotation says so.

Card and other checkout payments are collected by our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number. We receive the details we need to identify the order and confirm whether payment succeeded. We remain responsible for building the website and, where you have taken it, for the care plan.

If a payment that is due is not received, we may pause work until it is.

6. Care plan

If you choose the care plan, it renews each month at £10 until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by emailing sam@readysitenow.com before the next renewal date. The site normally stays online until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancellation and refunds are set out in our refund policy.

7. Delivery and revisions

After you approve the quotation, pay, and send us the material we have asked for, we will tell you when you can expect the site. Each revision round should be one clear list of changes. Extra pages, a redesign, or work outside the quotation may need a further quotation before we do it.

8. Acceptance

We will ask you to review the site before it is published. Asking us to publish it, or using the finished site, means you accept the work, apart from any rights that the law does not allow us to exclude. If the site does not match the agreed scope, tell us and give us a reasonable chance to put it right.

9. Hosting, domains and other providers

Domain registrars, email hosts, and other third-party products have their own charges and terms. We may use reputable providers to host and protect the site, and we will carry out reasonable maintenance where the care plan includes it. We cannot promise that a website will be available without interruption.

10. Ownership

Once the setup fee is paid in full, you may use the pages and content created specifically for your project. Templates, tools, libraries, and third-party assets that we did not create for you stay with their owners. Unless you ask us not to, we may show the finished site in our portfolio, without publishing your private correspondence.

11. Acceptable use

You must not use the site or the service for anything unlawful, misleading, or infringing. We may suspend a site if we need to comply with the law, deal with non-payment, or stop abuse or a security problem.

12. Liability

We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate material you supplied, by a third-party outage, or by something outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you keep your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and any other mandatory consumer law.

13. Law and contact

If you live in the United Kingdom, you still have any mandatory rights of that country. Questions about these terms can be sent to sam@readysitenow.com.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
