ReadySiteNow is a trading name of CodeMyNode (sole proprietorship), Pakistan. This policy applies to purchases from CodeMyNode. It does not remove any right you have under UK consumer law that cannot be excluded.
1. How to cancel or ask for a refund
Email sam@readysitenow.com from the address on the order. Include your name, the business name, the quotation or payment reference, and what you would like us to do. We aim to acknowledge the request within two working days.
2. Setup fee before work starts
If you cancel after paying the £99 setup fee, and before we have started design, development, or content work on the approved quotation, we will refund the setup fee in full.
Preparing and sending the quotation is not the start of that work. Work starts when we begin building or writing the site you approved.
3. Setup fee after work has started
If you cancel after that work has started, we will look at what has already been done. We may refund a fair portion of the fee for work that has not been supplied. Once you have approved the finished site, or asked us to publish it, the setup fee is not normally refunded.
That does not apply where the site was not provided with reasonable care and skill, was materially different from the quotation, or the law requires a refund.
4. If something is wrong
Tell us if the website or the care plan does not match what we agreed, or if a fault is our doing. We will try to correct it within a reasonable time. If we cannot, we will offer a price reduction or a refund that fits what went wrong and what the law requires.
5. The monthly care plan
The care plan is optional and renews monthly at £10. You can cancel it at any time. Email us before the next renewal date and we will stop future charges. The website normally stays hosted until the end of the month you have already paid for.
We do not usually refund part of a month that has already started. If a renewal is taken after we received your cancellation in time, we will refund that renewal.
6. Wrong or duplicate payments
If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged without approving the quotation, tell us. We will check the payment with our payment processor and refund anything that should not have been taken.
7. How a refund is paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, through the payment processor that took the payment. We submit the refund promptly. Banks and card schemes often take 5 to 10 business days to show it on your statement.
8. Domains and third-party costs
A domain name, mailbox, licence, or other third-party service bought specifically for the project may be non-refundable once it has been ordered. Where we can, we will tell you before that cost is committed.
