How payment works
You start by sending a brief: who you are, what the business does, and what the website needs to say. We reply with a quotation. Nothing is charged for the brief or for the quotation.
Payment is taken only after you approve that quotation. The amount due, including any tax that applies, is shown before you pay. The standard quotation is the £99 setup fee. The £10 monthly care plan is optional and is charged only if you choose it.
What the £99 does not include
Domain registration and renewal, email mailboxes, online shops, booking systems, paid advertising, and specialist integrations are outside the standard setup. If you need any of those, we will say so in the quotation before you are asked to pay.
Cancellation and refunds
If you cancel the setup before we start work on the approved quotation, the £99 is refunded. The care plan can be cancelled at any time, and future monthly charges then stop. The detail is in our refund policy.
